New Lobby Hours

At Oakmont Water Authority, we continuously strive to improve our services to meet the needs of our customers. As part of our commitment to providing excellent customer service, we would like to inform you about the upcoming changes to our lobby hours, effective January 2nd, 2024.
In order to better allocate our resources and accommodate the scheduling needs of our customers, we will be adjusting our lobby hours as follows:
1. Monday: 8:00 am to 3:30 pm
2. Tuesday-Friday: 7:30 am to 3:30 pm
3. Closed Daily: 11:30 am to 12:00 pm
We recognize the importance of convenience and accessibility to our customers. These new hours have been carefully determined to best meet your needs without compromising the quality of service we provide.
While our lobby will be closed on weekends, our online services will remain available 24/7. Through our user-friendly website customers can pay bills and find answers to frequently asked questions. We encourage you to take advantage of these online services for your convenience.
